- Flying Branch: Graduation + Physics & Maths in 12th OR B.E/B.Tech
- Ground Duty Branch
- Technical- B.E. / B.Tech
- Non- Technical – Graduation in any stream
AFCAT 2 2026- COMPLETE PROCEDURE OF FORM FILLING
First Step: Visit the Official Website
Go to the AFCAT portal:

The online application window is open from 20 May 2026 to 19 June 2026.
Second Step: Registration
- Click “Candidate Login” → “AFCAT 02/2026”
- Select “New Registration”
- Enter:
- Name
- Email ID
- Mobile Number
- Password
- Submit and verify your account.
Third Step: Login
- Use your registered Email ID and Password.
- Open the AFCAT 02/2026 application form.
Fourth Step: Fill Personal Details
Enter:
- Father’s Name
- Mother’s Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Nationality
- Marital Status
- Aadhaar Number (if asked)
- Address details
Make sure all details match your official documents.
Fifth Step: Fill Educational Details
Enter:
- Class 10 details
- Class 12 details
- Graduation details
- B.E./B.Tech details (for Technical Branch)
- Percentage/CGPA
- University name
- Year of passing
Sixth Step: Choose Branches
Select the branch(es) you are eligible for:
- Flying Branch
- Ground Duty (Technical)
- Ground Duty (Non-Technical)
Choose carefully because eligibility differs by branch.
Seventh Step: Select Exam City
Choose your preferred AFCAT exam centres in order of preference.
Eighth Step: Upload Documents
Upload:
- Recent passport-size photograph
- Signature
- Thumb impression (if required)
Upload recent Photo, Signature & Thumb Impression (size of each jpg/ jpeg file to be between 10 and 50 kb). Name of each jpg/jpeg image file should correspond to the document i.e.
- Name of the Signature File- Signature.jpg or Signature.jpeg
- Name of Photo File – Passport Photograph.jpg or Passport Photograph.jpeg
- Name of Thumb Impression File – Thumb Impression.jpg or Thumb Impression.jpeg
Use the prescribed format and size mentioned in the notification.
Ninth Step: Pay Application Fee
- AFCAT Entry for all Candidates: 550/- (+18% GST)
