Who Can Apply?
Candidates must fulfil the required eligibility conditions before applying. The basic eligibility criteria are given below.
Educational Qualification
For all three posts, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university or equivalent qualification.
- A computer qualification, which may include any one of the following:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science from a recognised institution or university.
- ‘O’ Level Certificate from NIELIT/DOEACC.
- CCC Certificate in Computer Science from a recognised institute.
- Knowledge of data entry, word processing and computer operation.
- Minimum English typing speed of 25 words per minute on computer.
Candidates who have served in the Territorial Army for at least two years or have obtained a ‘B’ certificate of NCC may be given preference, other things being equal.
Age Limit
Age will be calculated as on 1 July 2026.

Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted in three stages:
- Preliminary Examination
- Main Examination
- Computer Knowledge Test
Candidates must qualify each stage separately. There will be no interview for this recruitment.
The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Stage-II and Stage-III only.

The Preliminary Examination will be conducted in pen-and-paper mode through OMR sheets.
